OUR APPROACH
People ask, “Your guides are amazing, how do you do it?”. Well, we design our guides with a goal to save you time by providing specific, step by step instructions aided with screenshots of the task being performed. Each guide includes 3 free service calls of one hour each because above all, we want you to succeed. There is an ulterior motive, however. Once customers see how knowledgeable we are and how quickly we solve their issues, they seek us out for future projects.
OUR STORY
There were two guys. One in Canada and one in India. The Canadian guy had an issue and posed a question online. The Indian guy answered and solved the issue. Further discussions ensued and they decided to share their knowledge with fellow JDE’ers with guides. The guides were so popular that a business was born. The rest is history.
