Follow the below steps to submit a UBE (Report) using an Orchestration

Example : Here we will execute the R0006P using an Orchestration  

Steps to create the Report Service Request  

1. Login into Orchestrator Studio  
2. Click on Reports 

3. Click on New Button    

4. Enter the Service Request Name and Description as per your requirement  

5. Enter the Report Name then select the version  

6. Select the Queue Name then Save the Request  

7. Save the Report Service Request  
8. In the new studio , use manage option to request to publish or export or restore the Orchestration objects  

Steps to create the Orchestration  

1. Login into Orchestrator Studio  
2. Click on Orchestrations  

3. Click on New Button then Enter the Orchestration Name and Description  

5. Click on + Sign in the Design  

6. Select Report Service  

7. Select the Report Service request which we created on the previous step  

8. Now Click on End then Click on Transformation option to define the Orchestration Output  

9. Select the Output which you want then Save the Orchestration  

10. Now we can run the orchestration from Orchestrator Studio –> Click on Run  

11. Click on Run  

12. Report submitted successfully by Orchestration. Now you can scheduled to run this orchestration at anytime  

13. Login into Web Client and verify in WSJ whether the report was executed successfully by the Orchestration
